Winter seems to be on pause? We received some snow in early December and have groomed 3 times to set a base.  However, the recent warm weather and lack of new snow has put things on hold.

We received 4cm of wet snow early in the morning on Saturday but with temps above zero celsius and 100% humidity the snow remains wet and soft and we are unable to groom.  It looks like continued warm weather for a few more days. 

The trails are still mostly white but the snow coverage is thin, rough, wet and soft and we are unable groom.  We are NOT yet open and skiing and snowshoeing is not safe or recommended.  We are hoping for conditions to improve later next week.
