SHORT VERSION:  Very good skate & classic skiing on the artificial loop, Elsewhere marginal skiing on a rolled surface - traditional dog trails, Pine Flats, Greenway Corridor best bets. OK for skate ski workout, or non-track-set classic skiing.

CONDITIONS: 5 cm fresh overnite. The artificial "Loop" was re-groomed & trackset Saturday morning. The majority of the rest of the trails have been rolled this morning. There are some interesting weather forecasts for the next few days, that range from freezing r--n this afternoon to real r--n on Monday. So we want to roll as much of the snowfall to date as possible, to preserve it thru any undesirable upcoming weather events.

The artifical snow covers a CLOCKWISE 1.2 loop: Cross country stadium, biathlon stadium, SuperSprint, Snoopy's Corner, Paranordic cutoff, Nite Rider for an itty bit, then down Homecoming and back to the cross country stadium.

The Barking Lot is open which means dogs and owners are welcome to ski the dog trails.  Dogs: Make sure your owners are aware of this. A bit of active barking if they blissfully drive past the Barking Lot entrance might help. If they still don't get the message, just refuse to get out of the car if they park in the wrong lot! A slim possibility they might then drag you off to the vet to investigate a potential person canine-ality disorder, but worth the risk.

NOTE: The detailed Trail Report below says "Last Groomed". With the exception of the artifical snow loop detailed above, a more accurate representation would be "Last Rolled".  We are having technical difficulties reporting the Trackset, but Nordic Pulse IT support is helping us work thru that.
